Dear APICS-RRIV Members:

 

The RRIV-APICS Board of Directors would like to inform you that it has come to the decision to disband the RRIV-APICS chapter. The board came to this difficult decision after a lengthy discussion regarding continual declining membership and interest in classes offered by the chapter. For the last three years the chapter has struggled to get enough students to hold any class offerings. It has been our goal and mission for the last twenty years to develop and educate professionals in production and inventory control and supply chain management. With declining membership and no class offerings, we feel we have come to the juncture where the chapter’s presence is no longer required or needed.

 

APICS itself has undergone a large change and has rebranded itself as the ASCM -Association of Supply Chain Management. We hope you will continue to be part of the APICS/ASCM family and utilize the many tools the corporate organization has to enhance your career in the areas of production management and supply chain integration.
